Dear Parents,
Your child’s football team will be playing in the Nassau-Suffolk Football League this year. According to our rules, all new players must attend a pre-season age-verification to be eligible to play. Each player will go through a number of stations where ages and weights will be checked and a laminated picture I.D. card will be made. The following information will help make this requirement as easy as possible for you and your child.
WE DO NOT PROCESS INDIVIDUAL PLAYERS - THEY MUST COME AS A TEAM WITH THEIR COACH!!!
PLACE: Phelps Lane Pool Complex, North Babylon
DIRECTIONS: Sunrise Hwy. to Deer Park Ave. North, make a left on Phelps Lane (traffic light, High School on corner). Follow Phelps Lane about ¼ of a mile, the complex will be on your right. OR Southern State Pkwy to Exit 39 South – Deer Park Ave. Bear right, pass the High School. Make right on Phelps Lane (traffic light). Follow Phelps Lane about ¼ of a mile, the complex will be on your right.
DATE & STARTING TIMES:
Your child’s coach will inform you of the exact time that his/her team will be scheduled for.

Peanuts & Pee Wees 5 & 6-7 Sat. - 8/28/10 9:00 am
Midgets 8-9 Tues. - 9/7/10 6:30 pm
Ponies 10-11 Wed. - 9/8/10 6:30 pm
Seniors 12-13 Thur. - 9/9/10 6:30 pm
PROOF OF AGE: You must provide your child’s coach with one of the following unless he/she has an NSFL ID card from the previous year:
An original birth or baptismal certificate (NO COPIES)
Passport
The player’s league age will be determined by their age on November 30 of the current year.
Example: Born November 30, 1999 – 11 year old
Born December 1, 1999 – 10 year old
