To All Players, Parents and Coaches

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome all of you to the 2010 NBAC Football Season.  Football season in North Babylon is a very special time of year and bonds the community as we all support each other - from the Youth League to the High School Varsity football program.  It is my sincere request that each and every coach, player and parent make an effort to attend as many games at Phelps Lane as possible during this season and to especially make a great effort to attend all of the North Babylon High School Varsity Football home games.   

The High School Varsity Football Coach in North Babylon is Terry Manning.  He and his entire staff, as well as Varsity players from past and present (many of whom are products of the NBAC Youth Football program) all attend many games and support and help coach our players. The current Varsity players have already begun to attend our NBAC Youth Football practices, offering help and guidance to our Baby Bulldogs.

This extended football family environment is what has and always will separate North Babylon from other communities; in the off season coach Manning and his staff offer free coaching clinics for our Youth League coaching staff.  The only expense is a time commitment from those who attend. This extraordinary commitment to excellence by all who check their egos at the parking lot or gate prior to stepping on the practice or playing field is something in which North Babylon Football prides itself.  It provides our children with a seamless transition from the Youth League program as they move up to the school program.

So as we all embark on a new season, please remember to support all of the North Babylon Football teams and remember:  parents, if you cannot attend the Varsity Football games, send your children with their coach or another family.  As always, Coach Manning has arranged for every youth league player wearing a North Babylon  jersey to a High School Varsity Football home game to be admitted for free.
