To All Coaches and Parents:
After a couple of months as Commissioner of our football program, I feel the N.B.A.C. Football program could use some adjustments. We need the coaches and parents to understand that we are here for the kids FIRST - to teach our kids sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork. We must also remember we are a feeder program for the school teams. In the past, school coaches could identify the kids that were from the N.B.A.C. Football program because they already knew the basics of North Babylon football - from the three-point stance, to tackling correctly, with a basic knowledge of the OFFENSE and DEFENSE at the school level.
It is important we get back on the same page with the school program. For this reason, I am going to institute a mandatory program that will be required if you would like to coach within our N.B.A.C. Football program.
